Red Pepper Houmous

What else is there to dip bread in, except Camembert of course.
This is my red pepper houmous, so much fresher and more flavoursome than what you can buy in the shops and so easy to make. Please find the instructional video on the right
You can quite easily not add in the red pepper for a plain houmous, or play around a little bit. I love putting jalapeños in instead for a nice warming houmous.
