Nala the Cat
Nala is my cat and this photo sits on our wall.
I fully understand that choosing a photo is one of the hardest parts, I have tonnes of this sweetie. I liked using one in the banana as it gave an extra hit of colour, but there are so many more I could have chosen from.
I like to have a range of photos and to pick one in conjunction with you that I feel would work best as a picture drawing. I also love animals and love seeing all the pictures of them – I feel I get to know their personalities a little better too, and try to capture that in the picture.
Nala is a big fuss pot. She loves a cuddle, wants to be with you all the time and will follow me everywhere, one day she will be the reason I end up in A&E after tripping over her. Her favourite games are fetch and catch, she loves me to throw her toy mouse for her to jump for (it’s impressive how high she can get) and then return it to me for more. Maybe one day I can capture an action shot of her.
I love having Nala on the wall at home, she sits in our lounge not that she is aware.
We have a copper theme in our house hence the copper frame but I think this works really nicely with this portrait.
