
These cinnamon buns are full of cinnamon, sweetened with some light brown sugar and a icing sugar glaze of the top. Gloriously sticky and spongy, they are just delicious. They are one of my boyfriend’s favourites and when he is trying to be good he is easily persuaded by one of these.
The beauty of these is that if your are trying to cut down on the ‘cake’, you can allow these to cool and pop them in your freezer. When you then want your next sweet fluffy cinnamon hit you can pop them in the oven for 10 minutes and tah dah you have a fresh cinnamon bun again.
