Lots of 30s this year. This one was for someone who isn’t a mega fan of sweet food. The dark chocolate mirror glaze gave a nice bitterness to pair with the double layer of ginger cake inside with a ginger buttercream. The ginger allowed for less sugar to be used and it was a lovely sticky ginger cake on the inside.
