Raspberry Smoothie Lollies

These are so delicious, healthy and super refreshing on a hot day. Not a hot day – a nice sweet treat that you don’t have to feel guilty about. To mine I add a couple of capsules of acidiphilus to the mixture for an extra boost of probiotic but you don’t need to of course.

The instructional video on how to make these is on the right, and it really is so easy! Invest in some moulds and you’ll never have the need to buy lollies again.

Ingredients:

  • 225g greek yoghurt
  • 60g maple syrup
  • 1 banana
  • 280g frozen raspberries
