These are so easy to make, I make them all the time. It’s super simple to change the flavours too. Pot luck makes them that little bit more fun not knowing what you’re going to get.
All these are a chocolate chip base and from left to right we have Nutella filled; blueberry filled; and Biscoff filled.
They can be frozen in their balls and cooked from frozen for whenever you fancy a warm freshly baked cookie (or two)

Ingredients:
- 12 tsp nutella (approx 100g)
- 12 tsp biscoff spread (approx 100g)
- 36 blueberries (approx 125g)
- 225g unsalted butter (softened)
- 170g condensed milk
- 350g plain flour
- 75g milk chocolate
- 75g white chocolate
