Treat boxes
Boxes full of the best things. A taste of everything - well not everything as I offer many items but you can mix and match what you like (see my shop for details) and then if there's something you missed - there's always another treat box. With a loaf of delicious cheesy bread, and 3 [...]

Ginger Buns
These Ginger Buns are just like Cinnamon Buns simply with ginger. I just substituted ground cinnamon for ground ginger, and then added a bit of chopped stem ginger and some of the syrup to the icing topping. They are truly delicious, I had the idea to make these for a while but my boyfriend was [...]
Pot Luck Cookies
These are so easy to make, I make them all the time. It’s super simple to change the flavours too. Pot luck makes them that little bit more fun not knowing what you’re going to get.All these are a chocolate chip base and from left to right we have Nutella filled; blueberry filled; and Biscoff [...]
Jalapeño and Cheese Bread
This is my go to Jalapeño and Cheese Bread, the instructional video is to the right and this bread really is a delight even if I say so myself. The twist makes it pretty inside and means that the jalapeños and cheese run evenly throughout the bread. Surprisingly filling, enjoyed best warm with some houmous [...]
Red Pepper Houmous
What else is there to dip bread in, except Camembert of course. This is my red pepper houmous, so much fresher and more flavoursome than what you can buy in the shops and so easy to make. Please find the instructional video on the right You can quite easily not add in the red pepper [...]
Raspberry Smoothie Lollies
These are so delicious, healthy and super refreshing on a hot day. Not a hot day - a nice sweet treat that you don't have to feel guilty about. To mine I add a couple of capsules of acidiphilus to the mixture for an extra boost of probiotic but you don't need to of course. [...]
Blueberry Bundt Cake
Blueberry bundt cake with a dark chocolate mirror glaze for that birthday touch. The bitterness of the glaze balances nicely against the sweetness of the blueberries inside.
Cinnamon Buns
These cinnamon buns are full of cinnamon, sweetened with some light brown sugar and a icing sugar glaze of the top. Gloriously sticky and spongy, they are just delicious. They are one of my boyfriend's favourites and when he is trying to be good he is easily persuaded by one of these. The beauty of [...]
Raspberry & Lemon Cake
Another birthday cake, triple decker filled with raspberries and a touch of lemon juice. Raspberry jam and raspberry buttercream sit between the layers. A combination of raspberry and lemon buttercream for decoration with fresh and freeze dried raspberries and splatter of grated lemon rind.
Cookie Brownies
A cookie base, a brownie top. Simples. These are super tasty, and again can be frozen so you can watch that waistline.
Custard Doughnuts
Freshly made vanilla custard, made with seeds from a vanilla pod for a luxuriously sweet filled doughnut.
Banoffee Cheesecake
This Banoffee Pie is delectable, it tastes fresh and surprisingly light. A buttery biscuit base topped with caramel and bananas, followed by a cream cheese 'top' and decorated with whipped double cream, chocolate chips and because you can't have too much caramel some Dairy Milk Caramel Bites.
Biscoff Blondies
Blondies with Biscoff spread marbled throughout, white chocolate and topped with Biscoff biscuits
Ginger Cake
Lots of 30s this year. This one was for someone who isn't a mega fan of sweet food. The dark chocolate mirror glaze gave a nice bitterness to pair with the double layer of ginger cake inside with a ginger buttercream. The ginger allowed for less sugar to be used and it was a lovely [...]
Pitta Bread
So much better than the shop bought pittas, these are light fluffy and so fresh. Less proving time than a usual bread too and they only need 5 minutes in the oven to cook. Definitely best when still warm. Get dipping in that houmous.
Carrot Cake
This was another birthday cake, two layers of carrot cake with a cream cheese frosting. Using cream cheese means that it isn't over-sweet you just need to make sure that you have space in your fridge for storage. Even better - a slice is one of your 5-a-day, right?
Raspberry and White Chocolate Blondies
More blondies, who doesn't love a blondie. These ones are filled with raspberries and white chocolate chunk, I love big chunks of chocolate and with the addition of raspberries these are brilliantly gooey.
Banana Loaf
Who always buys too many bananas? My secret is that I do it on purpose, wait until they're too ripe to eat, and then they are perfect for a banana loaf. Win.
Chelsea Buns
Now sultanas and raisins can be a bit controversial, but if you love them these are the best. Sultanas and raisins wrapped up with cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar and drizzled with a sugar glaze.
Ginger Biscuits
I do love a bit of ginger. These are some of the easiest biscuits to make that I know of (and to eat, they are simply addictive). Combine everything in a pan to make the dough, refrigerate, roll, cut cook - so easy.
Salted Caramel Banana Bread
A staple for over-ripe bananas. Banana Bundt bread with a salted caramel drizzle.
Blueberry Cookies
Very similar to my pot luck cookies. Blueberry and white chocolate are a great combination. A little bit of drizzled milk chocolate over the top of these to make them a little bit more luxurious.
